Where Accreditation Meets Action

The National Alliance for DSMES Readiness™ (NADR) is a national training and implementation initiative powered by Jengu Health Solutions. NADR supports organizations and clinics in strengthening their capacity to deliver effective, accredited Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) services.

Led by a team of national experts in DSMES accreditation, quality improvement, and health equity, NADR provides evidence-based, culturally responsive, and compliance-aligned training that bridges the gap between intention and implementation. The initiative equips healthcare teams with the knowledge, tools, and systems needed to design, launch, and sustain DSMES programs that meet the highest standards of care.

Whether a site is preparing to apply for accreditation or seeking to enhance the quality and sustainability of an existing program, NADR offers a structured pathway for continuous growth, from foundational standards training to leadership development and ongoing micro-learning.

By building readiness at every level,

NADR advances a shared goal: expanding access to high-quality diabetes education in communities that need it most.
