A Stronger Health Workforce for Healthier Communities
Many students have limited exposure to the range of careers available in health. Professionals already in the workforce may lack access to the training, resources, and operational support needed to build and sustain high-quality programs.
Health organizations face related challenges, including workforce shortages, changing quality expectations, complex program requirements, and limited internal capacity. These factors can make it difficult to develop programs that last.
Jengu Health Solutions™ addresses these needs through programs, training, and tools that expand career awareness, develop workforce skills, and strengthen the systems that support health professionals throughout their careers.
From Ideas to Impact.
Jengu Health Solutions™ designs, develops, tests, and operates health education and workforce development programs. Some initiatives remain programs of Jengu. Others may grow into independent organizations when there is a clear need, sustainable infrastructure, and an opportunity to expand their reach.
The National Alliance for DSME Readiness (NADR™) is the first example of this model. NADR began as a workforce development initiative of Jengu Health Solutions and became the NADR Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As a nonprofit, NADR pursues a charitable mission focused on strengthening diabetes self-management education and support programs, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
This model allows Jengu to identify workforce needs, build programs to address them, establish the infrastructure behind them, and create pathways for successful programs to grow.
